Meals at Marcella Manor are planned with input from the residents, to ensure they are getting a balanced meal and a taste of their favorites.  Many of the meals are made from scratch with the ingredients carefully selected.  Marcella Manor works hard to ensure quality using only fresh or frozen meats, fruits and vegetables; and low sodium foods when possible.  Staff maintain a garden out back and enjoy harvesting throughout the summer months.
